Tac-Comp Scout

The Scout is the first addition to the Tac-Comp line for 2024. Scouts, particularly dismounted scouts, are a unique breed of elite warrior within conventional units who are extremely valuable assets to their commanders and intelligence sections. Scouts are selected from among their peers for their intelligence, fitness, skills in fieldcraft and stealth, self reliance and ability to operate far ahead of friendly forces with minimal equipment and supplies. Their gear reflects their mission and must perform at the highest level.

Designed with its namesake in mind, the Scout is light, managable, rugged and dependable. The 13.7" barrel is nice and short to help shave weight and minimize a snag hazzard when busting brush but is still long enough to achieve respectable muzzle velocity when needed. The match chamber, trigger and premium bolt help to ensure that the shooter can maximize the use of his/her reduced combat load by delivering devastating accuracy and performance. The guy who designed the rifle spent most of his two decade long military career in the scout and sniper community, so you can rest assured the gun was purpose built for long range, rural operations. Having said that, The Scout would be right at home in an urban environment, next to your nightstand or as a constant companion in the back seat of your truck.
